Undoubtedly feeling more at peace with her overly zealous admirer in custody, Mila Kunis’ alleged stalker will remain behind bars with a judge setting bail at $150,000 during a hearing on Friday (May 18).

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Stuart Lynn Dunn was arrested in Los Angeles earlier this month (May 12) after following the former “That ’70s Show” star to her gym three days in a row.

Spooked after being approached by Dunn on the third day, Miss Kunis decided to contact authorities – with police swiftly swooping in and arresting Stuart while charging him with two counts of felony stalking.

As for Dunn’s hearing, he adamantly stated that he’s innocent while proceeding to enter a ‘not guilty’ plea – of which the judge voiced his concerns in regards to the defendant’s behavior while setting the higher-than-usual bail

With the next court date scheduled for May 31st, Stuart was also slapped with a new protective order as part of his bail terms, banning him from going anywhere near Kunis.

Amber Portwood is probably on a first name basis with some of the bailiff in the Madison County, Indiana courthouse by now. This girl doesn’t know how to stay out of trouble.

After going through treatment for minor mental health issues, landing in jail over domestic violence charges, and now apparently messing up her drug treatment program, the former Teen Mom star is lucky to be seeing the light of day.

Just this week, it seems like she was given her last and final chance.

According to TMZ, a judge has once again let her out – even after failing to show up for a drug court appearance. At first, she was actually put in jail, which was totally shocking, but now she is out again. But, why?

Well the judge decided to give her a shot at home detention, but put a major threat over her head. If she screws up this time around, she could actually be forced to go back into the drug court program and maybe even spend five years behind bars.

That sentence would be even longer than she’s been a celeb for, wouldn’t it?

I just can’t believe how lucky she is. She was actually sentenced to serve the five years, but was offered to the drug program instead. That’s why it’s crazy that she messed it up and missed an appointment. Reports even state that she lied about missing that court date, and somehow she STILL did not end up in jail.

I think anyone else might be sitting in prison counting down the days, but not Amber Portwood.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see if she can pull it off this time. I really feel for her daughter. She needs her mother to pull it together.

As he tended to media duties ahead of the Moscow premiere of his new movie “Men In Black III”, Will Smith made it clear that he’s not one for kisses when it comes to greetings from guys.

The 43-year-old actor was at the Ritz Carlton in the Russian capital city when a Ukrainian reporter dove in to plant a smooch on Smith’s face – which ended up being a mistake that the young man won’t be forgetting anytime soon.

After first asking for a hug from the former “Fresh Prince” star, who kindly obliged, the journalist attempted to take things further with a liplock – with a startled Will saying, “What the hell is your problem?”

Reprimanding the reporter with a backhanded slap across the face, Will talked about the incident with other press members moments later, telling, “He tried to kiss me on the mouth. He’s lucky I didn’t try to sucker punch him. … Sorry, I said that on camera.”

Apparently, the Ukrainian media man is known for his penchant to kiss celebrities, with the Smith smooch attempt coming after Will recently voiced his support for gay marriages.

Fulfilling their festive overseas promotional duties, the stars of “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” took over the spotlight at the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival in southern France on Friday (May 18).

After attending a photocall to begin the day, the lovely Jessica Chastainhit the red carpet premiere in a Giorgio Armani frock while co-star Jada Pinkett Smith brightened up the scene in a orange Atelier Versace dress.

With male co-stars David Schwimmer, Martin Short, Chris Rock, and Ben Stiller all looking dapper in men’s dresswear, the Cannes screening also drew out celebrity spectators including Marchesa clad actress Naomi Watts and a gorgeous in Gucci Salma Hayek (with husband Francois-Henri Pinault).

Slated to hit theaters in the States on June 8th, “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” finds Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman still fighting to get home to their beloved Big Apple – as their journey takes them through Europe, where they find the perfect cover: a traveling circus, which they reinvent – Madagascar style.”

Honoring the best in entertainment as decided by their distinct age bracket, the first batch of nominees for the 2012 Teen Choice Awards were announced on Friday (May 18).

The hit CW show “The Vampire Diaries” leads the way with six bids at nabbing a surfboard while Justin Bieber finds himself deadlocked with “American Idol” in the runner-up slot with five nominations each.

With the “Twilight Saga” trio of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner also among the hopefuls this time around, teens are permitted to place a vote in one category per day via the official Teen Choice website,

2012 Teen Choice Awards Nominees: Complete List

This week Taylor Swift announced that she would be donating $4 million to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Also, Jennifer Lopez finally cleared up the rumors regarding her future on American Idol. And Kanye West announced that he will be debuting a short film at the Cannes Film Festival next week.   Will Smith hit (slapped) a reporter and that video is now going viral. Of course the Men In Black 3 star may have had good reason – the guy tried to kiss him on the smacker – so he got smacked!

  

  Will Smith is such a light hearted, funny guy, but when this reporter tried to give him a kiss – on the lips – the West Philadelphia part of him came out a little bit. He shoved the guy away and then hit him in the face asking him what his problem was.

  It was actually a little bit out of character for the actor, who has won the NAACP Image Award at least once. He is known for being role-model material, and I really hope that people don’t try to twist this to make him seem cruel.

  First off, if a woman actress was walking the red carpet and a male reporter tried to grab her and pull her in for a real kiss, it would be totally in bounds for her to smack the mess out of him – and well deserved. To me this is no different.

  In fact, I thought a little slap was a perfect punishment to fit the offense. The only part that I wish he held back was when he said out loud that he might have “sucker punched him.”

  In a weird way, that was one of the only less than gentlemanly things I’ve ever seen him do. I mean he is squeaky clean. Most actors have some sort of scar on their record, maybe cursing someone out, drugs, DUI, etc… but not Will Smith.

  What is really bothering me is that some people are labeling it an “attack.”

  Attacks are unprovoked. And in a way, what this guy did was an unwanted sexual advance, regardless of whether it was for laughs or not.

  So Will Smith hits a reporter and it goes viral, but it’s the response of the media and his fans that will decide how it is remembered. Watch the video below and let us know what you think.

  The new flick is scheduled for a June 29th opening, and promises to be a wild ride, punctuated with plenty of muscular men.

  “Magic Mike” was inspired by the pre-movie star life of Channing Tatum, who serves as the lead role in the film.

  Additional cast members include Matthew McConaughey, Alex Pettyfer, Cody Horn, Olivia Munn, Matt Bomer, and Riley Keough.
